Welcome to the start of a new school year at Los Cerros Middle School. I hope your summer was restful and filled with family time.

The Los Cerros Registration Packet is now online at lcms.srvusd.net.  The Registration Team has created a Registration Newsletter and a Guide for an overview and instructions on how to get around the packet. Please review, complete and print the required forms and bring them to registration.

The Los Cerros Web Store will offer families the ability to charge donations and purchase school items online. The store will be open on Monday August 17th to give you time to make donations before walk through registration.   There is a link from the packet that takes you to the store at  loscerrosms.revtrak.net .  Please also look for information to come from the Academic Boosters.  

With the completed forms and donation receipt in hand the administration, PTA and Boosters groups look forward to helping you through the Walk-Through Registration from 4-7pm on August 19th and 20th.  We have set up registration in the MPR as it was last year. This year, when you turn in your completed required forms, volunteer sign ups and Web Store donation receipts, the information will be entered directly into a computer database. The computer bank will replace the traditional cashiers and calculators. The benefit will be quick and reliable data for all of our staff, PTA, and Boosters.

Due to these changes, late walk-through registration is scheduled for 7:30-9am on the first day of school and is not available as packet drop-off in the office. This change will ensure your student has completed all the paperwork as required by the district. Walk-through registration is mandatory.

Class Schedule: Students pick up their schedule in the MPR on the first day of school. Incoming 6th grade students may get their schedules early at the Panther Camp orientation on Thursday, August 20th at 9:00 am.

LATE Registration is on the first day of school only. 
Tuesday, August 25th 7:30pm – 9:00 pm in the MPR

First day of school is August 25, 7:55 to  11:15.
